Light Cardio: You can resume light cardiovascular activities 24 hours after your session. This includes activities like walking, gentle cycling, or yoga.
Heavy Weights: For more intense workouts, such as heavy weightlifting, it's advisable to wait 48 hours post-treatment to ensure that your body is ready for the strain.
Can I Have any Alcohol?
It's recommended to wait 48 hours after your treatment before consuming wine or any alcohol. After this period, small amounts are generally fine. However, for optimal results, it's best to minimize alcohol intake throughout the course.
