La Forme was created with a genuine desire to help women support their health, improve lymphatic flow, and stay in good physical shape for the long term.
I’ve always believed that body treatments should work with the body, not against it. They should be gentle, intelligent, and aligned with natural physiology — delivering real results while supporting overall wellbeing.
More than 10 years ago, in my hometown of Kyiv, I first experienced Endospheres®️ therapy. I still remember how different my body felt afterwards — lighter, more toned, and more energised. Over the years I tried many other treatments, but nothing gave me the same feeling or results.
When I moved to Australia, I realised this powerful technology wasn’t available here the way it should be. That’s when the idea of La Forme was born.
Today, La Forme is Melbourne’s first dedicated Endospheres®️ Evolution studio, located in Hampton. We focus on real, lasting results through advanced lymphatic drainage, improved circulation, and working deeply with the body’s natural processes.
Every session is personalised and carefully adapted to how your body responds — because no two bodies are the same.
